About us
History
The Canoe Farm came into being in 1988, started by canoeing on the river Reusel. Soon the old stables of a family farm were converted into a catering establishment. The Kanoboerderij expanded to include various other activities and became a convivial meeting place for large groups. The familiar name, canoe farm de Reusel, changed to the Reuselhoeve, as there was now much more to do than just boating. In 2017, we built our first new farmstead and in 2023 the second exclusive farmstead followed: the Weidehoeve. As a family business, we have a clear long-term vision. From September 2026, we will even welcome our third farmstead: 't Riethuys!
With an extensive & growing range of activities from canoeing, WC pot racing to paintballing, it has become the place to enjoy & actively relax together. Enjoy carefree fun under the supervision of our experienced activity leaders. The Reuselhoeve is certified by VeBON, ERCA & we are affiliated with RECRON. This keeps us up-to-date to give you the best possible day.

As a family business, we want to create a place where people come together in a natural and relaxed environment. A place where relaxation and exercise come together and where there is room for real interaction and connection.
We believe everyone benefits from time outdoors. Getting away from the daily hustle and bustle and back to the simplicity of being together, moving and enjoying in the greenery. After all, the feeling of romping and playing outdoors together never quite disappears.
