We had a really enjoyable team outing. The activity was brilliant and the BBQ was delicious. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about; we were able to sit down and eat straight after the activity. Plenty of food, and everything was equally delicious. The vegetarian alternatives were also tasty and of a high standard.

We did paintball and a tree-top adventure course – great fun and really challenging. The instructors were brilliant, giving the instructions with a touch of humour but a serious undertone.

On the one hand, because of the varied programme and the fact that we could organise a fully inclusive day; on the other hand, because of the central location for the group we were with. The activities and games were great fun for all ages, and the supervision was excellent too. So, no specific suggestions for improvement. The service and food were all fine and plentiful. We didn’t hear any complaints from the group.

A varied programme (games and food) in a rural setting. Fun games and excellent supervision; the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. The food was very good; the vegetarian options were also good and exceeded our expectations.

The activities were great fun and the supervision was excellent. There aren’t really any areas for improvement. If I really had to think of something: it was very hot, so it would have been nice to have something to drink between the two activities, but of course this heat was truly exceptional.

Tip: it might be a good idea to have leaflets available listing all the activities on offer at the Reuselhoeve: that way, all guests can see that, as well as shooting and the zipline, there’s also canoeing and a range of team-building activities available. One of my guests was already picturing a team outing there.

The clay pigeon shooting was great fun. The guidance was competent. Nice different rounds for a little competition. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

The team enjoyed the tree climbing and zip lines. Clear explanations and relaxed interaction with the guide. Again, nice staff who thought along with us in terms of the desired performances. Personally, I would have liked it if we could have taken the meat off the BBQ with our plates. But this is a personal aspect. Tip: stay alert whether visitors' glasses are empty. Activities make one thirsty.

No activity booked only bbq and drinks . Food was fine well taken care of and there was enough for everyone .

Shooting was tough but fun and the guidance was fine. Maybe a little more tips on how to shoot better. Very friendly staff and drinks came promptly. Food (batting trays) was fine and ample.

We enjoyed both activities but the laser shooting was the most fun. The guides explained everything well and were up for a joke. The service was friendly but we had to wait a long time before we got our first drink. We went inside to ask for it ourselves.

The activity was more difficult than expected, guns sometimes stuck. Food was very good and ample, service could have been more attentive.

All activities for young and old were very well supervised and a lot of fun. Food was tasty and of good quality, the service extremely friendly . What I really appreciated was, that in the restaurant there was one person responsible for the course of the afternoon.and thus point of contact for all questions.

Activities were very well tailored to the various ages of the participants. Everyone could participate from young to old. As a result, everyone had a good time with a good balance between activities and rest (pit stop). Given the fact that most visitors came from the north of the Netherlands, time for cake and coffee was tight, partly because some were a bit late. Guidance was good and flexible. Good explanation with room for adaptation by responding to group dynamics. Point for improvement: we had ordered 4 boards in advance. When we arrived at the venue, we had 3 tables. If we had known that, we would have ordered 2 boards for each table in advance. Now we had to do it afterwards. The waiting time for the two extra planks could have been shorter. Only point for improvement was the waiting time for the two extra boards (see question 3.) Service for refreshments and with the food was very good.

Idea behind our programme is the confrontation with displayed behaviour, in connection with the too short preparation time this could not be expected either. So in future, I would like to have pre-conversation with a facilitator or facilitators about this, so that they are continually challenged on that attitude and behaviour, without breaking down students. Service was excellent.

Activities fine. When dividing the groups do not stand next to each other, but each on a side. Now our group only walked with the zipline group, as they didn't quite get the split of groups. The food was fine. Glad you had seen who the twins were who were allowed to eat little salt. We felt that there was too little service and therefore it took a long time to take an order for drinks and get it ready. But the service worked hard to keep up with everything as best they could, but it was also very busy yesterday.

I thought it was very good and colleagues were also enthusiastic quality and speed was fine. Friendliness is always important to me personally and this was also very good. They also came regularly to ask if everything was satisfactory and if we wanted another drink. Very satisfied.

The activities were great fun and relaxing. The instructions and explanations were clear, and the staff were enjoyable, attentive and friendly. What’s more, the staff kept a close eye on how things were going and on all the participants. The wood-fired barbecue was delicious, as were all the side dishes, which were of good quality. We did the bathtub racing and this was great. Laughter, laughter and roars. Our children ended up climbing.

I really enjoyed the bathtub racing and the guidance was super fun. Perhaps an idea to actually race a course, where you have multiple bathtubs on the course. I once did the toilet bowl racing too and I really enjoyed that.

Climbing was top-notch, the kids already had a lot of experience with this, so got off to a good start. Food was tasty, we had several drinks boards. Were well stocked and very tasty. Service was prompt and it was all taken care of well and quickly.

The activities were to the liking of all participants. Archery and clay pigeon shooting. Chosen these specially due to older and difficult mobile this choice proved to be the right one. Lunch was plentiful with choices of bread, drinks and toppings and was replenished upon request.

The staff were friendly (in our case, we were the only guests and the staff were busy preparing for a very large group the following day, so they were quite busy

Fun activities to play for young and old! Long enough and excellent guidance from a nice young guest. Food (apple pie and bbq) was really top notch. Super nice that the meat was simply served and we did not have to take our place behind the bbq ourselves. Also delicious with fries and salads etc. and enough for everyone. It was nice that allergies within the family could be taken into account. We had bought tokens beforehand and divided them among the different families. Afterwards, it turned out to be more convenient to open an account anyway and have the drinks put on there, because with the beer pitchers the tokens didn't really work. Fortunately, the purchased tokens could simply be withdrawn from the account afterwards. Super nice. Very sweet and friendly service too so all top notch. Also with those beepers when drinks were ready and the containers in which you could take the drinks. Well thought out everywhere.

We did not do any activities The quality of food was fine. Well taken care of, no long queue for bbq because everything was put in several au bain maries. Friendly service; good explanations. We are just very satisfied with everything.

The lunch and cake were very close together so we went ziplining with a very full belly, but this was also partly due to our programme change (lunch was booked in later) Delicious food and very friendly service

Guidance was fine however bathtub race finished after 30 minutes which was quite short for the money we paid, would be more convenient if we could also order drinks ourselves at the bar with our tokens, now only via staff

Super fun and the men guides explained it super and went right into the Flow of the group making the dynamic even more fun Service was super nice and adrem, drinks were all good and tasty, so was the food and delicious hot bread. Points of improvement (the chicken was a bit dry with the Halal) and more meat with Halal, now there was a lot of salmon (which was delicious) and the Halal people did not like that. Also, the spare ribs were a bit dry and the mixed vegetables included potatoes, which were superfluous because there were already fries, so nobody took them.

The activities are fun. The staff are very friendly, nothing but praise. The quality of the food was excellent. Great that De Reuselhoeve can serve food hot and at the same time for so many people. We did notice that people were hungry, and found it long before the food (bread and bbq) arrived on the table.

In the beginning it was not clear to the guide for a while which games we were going to do but after consulting with me everything was clear and we started. The groups were very large but in the end proved to be great fun to all 'compete' against each other. The food was amazing!!! The apple pie so delicious and everything at the bbq too. At the four-camp, the activity with the letter 'A' that you had to get to the front was very tough and not for everyone, this was unfortunate and we all didn't enjoy it very much. The bathtub race was a lot of fun, also good explanations. Only the control of the winning team could be a bit better (especially with 2 competitive teams).

Extra drinks were provided because of the heat! So we got extra soft drinks at the start and extra water between activities. Cake and coffee were also good! So very much to be spoken about!

The guidance from our Evert was very good, only that was not entirely followed by the fanatical players. Nevertheless, Evert remained friendly and helpful. Quality of the food was good and everyone was very satisfied with the amount of food and drinks. Service was top notch!

Had a great party

Activities were good and clearly explained. Staff is very friendly, even when 2 colleagues asked for a few pieces of extra meat with the BBQ, this was arranged by you! Fine, my preference would be to have more coffee and tea pots on the table. With 10 people, there was one tea and one coffee pot on the table. Coffee was therefore in short supply and by the time a second jug was on the table for the colleagues who did not yet have coffee, the rest had already finished it.

Really great! The service was fine, if we asked for extras we got them straight away, so that's not the problem, but it would have been nicer if the waiters themselves came by to check whether everything was to your liking and, if necessary, to take away any empty glasses.

We did the clay pigeon shooting activity. Guidance was very good and the guide also spoke excellent English which was very nice for us because we have English-speaking staff. Food was good and service was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The supervision of the four-camp could have been a bit better and clearer . The guide was not that experienced yet and could have had some guidance. She did her best! But we understand that this is obviously difficult to do for and with a large group. It certainly did not get in the way of conviviality??? The bbq was good, tasty and it was well explained. Price-quality matched. The staff were very nice, nothing was too much and everything well organised. So clever to manage this in such a good way with so many large groups, which, by the way, did not bother you at all. Thanks again for your efforts. Everyone had a great day! (By the way, the weather was also good, which does a lot?

The bathtub race was another great success. A fun way to get started. Everyone enjoyed the climbing too; the instructions were clear and they were up and climbing in no time. The two little ones did really well on their course. The staff and service were excellent. The ordering system was well organised, with you collecting your food yourself once it was ready. It was apparently quite busy, though, as it sometimes took a very long time for the food to be ready.
Unfortunately, the BBQ came very soon after the climbing. I can’t imagine that’s what we’d agreed. I thought we’d agreed on 5 o’clock, which we already consider early. But the food was already on the table at 4 o’clock, which we found a bit of a shame. So my advice is to agree on the times a bit more clearly. Apparently, I hadn’t been paying close enough attention myself.

Excellent. The boy at the bathtub race was good. In the afternoon we went canoeing but nobody had indicated what time we should be where. No signal nothing. I had to ask for it myself. The food was good! Service also friendly. Minus point is that we had two small children in our booking and they were clearly not catered for before dinner. In hindsight, this is reflected in the booking, but it would have been helpful if they could have eaten along for a reduced amount and then there would have been enough.

Fun activities, though the instructor for archery and clay pigeon shooting could have been a bit more enthusiastic. We only had apple pie and snack platters, which were very well prepared. However, quite a lot of the snack platters were left over during the break; it would have been nice if these had been brought out again later, after the final activity, during the drinks reception. Or at the very least, we could have been asked if we’d like anything else from them.

Fine, very nice that the youngest youth were allowed to do the course more often. Good in itself. There were 60 of us. The drinks ordered by e.g. 8 people were put down somewhere. If you didn't notice this or someone else was quicker, your drink ended up with someone else. Advice: find another solution for this.

The activities were fun and the supervision was good. It was stated beforehand that an alternative would be offered in case of bad weather. We had bad weather and worked around the showers. Service in itself was good and friendly. But due to crowds, it sometimes took a long time before someone came to take orders. Food (BBQ) was good.

Bathtub race was a real favourite. Guidance was good! We were having a children's party with 10 boys who were also busy. The guidance was good at this, with humour but also - rightly - sometimes strict. The food was good and came quickly. Great that extra chips could be added to the children's party.

Really enjoyable! The time allocated for the activity was a bit short, though. When we booked, we’d opted for a walking dinner and were told we could enjoy it whilst walking around part of the terrace. We ended up having it served at the table instead, but it was fine otherwise. The heartier eaters in our group found the portions a bit small, but for most of us it was enough. The waiting staff came round regularly to bring food and drink; they didn’t clear away much, so we had to collect empty glasses, bottles and so on from another table to keep some space free on our own table.

But it would be nice if you tested beforehand whether the laser guns worked. Number 4 did not work, so the person stood there for a round and could only do one round because of time constraints.

Clay pigeon shooting: the guide is fantastic, relaxed, friendly, clear. Because of the cost, we only did 1 activity. If you take 3 then it really is a hefty expense. Bbq is fine, chips were replenished fairly quickly when it ran out quickly, due to diet, veg sandwich was immediately replaced with something else, serving ladies were quick and adequate and definitely pleasant and friendly in their dealings.

The activities were varied and enjoyable. They were well supervised. The service was good and there was plenty of food. The only suggestion would be to improve the vegetarian options slightly. For instance, there was a bit of a discrepancy in portion sizes, with meat-eaters receiving four large pieces of meat and vegetarians three smaller pieces, and the meatballs weren’t very tasty.

The activities were fun and Jelle led them with enthusiasm. Everything was absolutely fine. There was plenty of choice, the food was delicious and we didn’t really have to wait.

We started with lunch, then the bathtub race and 6-camp, after which we ended with drinks. The guidance on the activities was excellent and the care with the drinks and lunch was absolutely top notch! Very friendly staff. We had been given consumption tokens in advance, which worked very well. The bread at lunch did not seem very fresh.

The activities were fun but the naming was not so right in our case. The 'intense programme' was not that intense at all. And there could have been a bit more enthusiasm and flexibility from accompaniment. People wanted to do zippline and there was also time to spare. Given that there were far fewer of us, perhaps a few more could have done zippline...? Delicious food, service quick. Super!

The climbing session featured clear instructions and guidance. We really enjoyed it, and everyone was able to go at their own pace. One minor point: it was quite busy on the starting platforms, partly due to the group ahead of us, which meant people had to wait five minutes before they could start climbing. Delicious apple pie, quick service and we were well looked after.

Beautiful surroundings, pity it's up and down instead of a round trip but understand there's no other way. Nice to go canoeing once only we were told at the ticket office that there would be someone at the canoes to explain and help get into the canoe below. After waiting there for 10 min. Waiting there, we decided to do it ourselves but the last canoe is tricky. Ordered some drinks boards, which were very tasty but pricey. Service was nice and quick.

Super! Parents were really taken away from all the worry and were able to enjoy the fun of the children. Children were able to play wonderfully in the playground between activities.

The coaching was good. The guys were enthusiastic and gave good explanations. However, I do have two points for improvement. The toilet bowl race was very short. We didn't spend more than 20 minutes with a group of 13 people. This was a pity. During laser tagging, we regretted not having a vest on which to shoot, but only a kind of cord around our necks. Activity (laser game) was fun. Guidance was fine. The offer said we would eat at 5.30pm. As I asked for it myself, I found out this was 5pm. This was not indicated on arrival. No problem in itself, but if we had come in at 5.30pm after playing outside. Would we have had cold fries then?

The toilet seat race was very well organised, with a variety of game formats and enough humour to pass the time whilst waiting for your turn. We’d definitely recommend it.
The crossbow shooting, however, left a bit to be desired. This activity was shorter than promised and not very well organised for a large group. There were also three different supervisors for the activity, all of whom gave different explanations and used different scoring systems. With only four bows for 26 people, combined with the small range and poor weather, it made for a rather dull experience for the spectators. In total, you got two turns in the time remaining after the (understandable) delay. My suggestion would be to give a large group the option to split up: one half on the course, the other half on the terrace having a drink, with everyone spending around 30 minutes actively taking part. That way, you get a turn more often and the activity is more interesting because you’re not queuing with six or seven people. As we only had half an hour left at the start of the activity rather than an hour, I didn’t suggest this to the instructor; organising the split and explaining why would have taken up more time. Top notch. Really friendly, helpful and clear.

Really lovely! The snack platters were delicious and there was certainly a wide selection on the gluten-free platter!

Really nice. We did have to wait a bit, though… due to staff shortages. Service speed could be improved, but the staff are very friendly.

Fun and lively – even just getting changed was a laugh. Could be improved by explaining in advance that you can buy extra bullets; it took the younger children a while to work out how the gun worked (though I’m not sure how you could improve that). Really tasty chips (a bit salty, mind you), just fine with the little pots of mayo, ketchup and apple sauce. Could be improved by offering an alternative to the frikandel or croquette, such as chicken nuggets; then I think it would be pretty much complete. And perhaps add something healthy (cherry tomatoes, cucumber). The time was clearly communicated, so the children could still have a good play. That was lovely! It was just that when they announced the chips were coming, it still took a while, and that made them impatient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All compliments for thinking along with us and managing when there was pouring rain. Clear explanation activities, was fun to respond to what was happening or joked about within the team. The food was well taken care of, tasted delicious and it was nice that we could indicate when we wanted something else.

We really liked the activities! There was only some confusion with us as a group; for 2 activities we were picked up but not for climbing, so we were waiting to be picked up, afterwards we were allowed to go straight to the climbing forest. We were satisfied with this.

Excellent supervision and fun activities. A large part of the team did not dare to do the zip-wire, perhaps another activity could be offered for those who did. Service: quality and speed were fine, friendly staff and very helpful. We only sat at the beginning of the activity at the back of the building with our group, which felt like sitting "in the back". After we asked if that could be changed, the staff immediately helped our group to just sit on the terrace

He thought it was irresponsible, but everyone else didn't even think about water. But maybe it's a tip at 30 gr? Very nice that a table was reserved for us. Service ed ran smoothly and friendly.

Yes awesome! We totally doubled up. on the trial lap, 1 pot was not so good, but after swapping it with another, that was solved. I don't know why I thought it, but thought we would be racing with more at once. That this did not happen I certainly did not perceive as a negative. Great activity that we found very fitting for our organisation. Yes food was great the quantity and quality we were served. It was so much that we couldn't finish it either. Super also that the person who could not eat bread and someone who is lactose intolerant got such an alternative. Offering the drinks took some getting used to (that it was put on the table and we had to distribute it ourselves), but certainly not negative.

More breaks in between, activities were in quick succession. Also, found the hexathlon activities really tough when you can't quite do it physically while it should also be fun.

Well organised and guided. Judging could have been a bit stricter. Food was good. Pity everything was at 2 long tables so there was little changing.

The guidance was very brief, explanation of the games but nothing else when we were done with one game we had to find out where to go or ask somewhere ourselves. Very young staff with little enthusiasm, they did their job nicely brought in those crates, took a long time before someone comes along but that is understandable with the staff shortages.

Good guidance with the students and nice that you were flexible and thought with us when it rained. We did not use the ministry.

Activities were good, the paintball field could be bigger, and a game could be devised. Seems more challenging to me so we need more teamwork. Now it was a battlefield and everyone was going for their own success! Food was okay only our Muslim no pork eaters were not taken into account. Was eventually straightened out though with a plate of extra cheese. Couldn't have known but maybe next time ask just to be sure as it's a shame that all the ham ended up not being eaten.

We really liked the activities, we changed everything on the day and everything was possible (due to heat)! The guides were also really nice and friendly! If I could mention one thing, I would like it if there was music during the activities, e.g. bathtub racing and archery. Nothing else to complain about 🙂 Food was also great, drinks boards were tasty and nice staff!

Well, it was nice that there was room for individual interpretation and that it was not a problem that some things ran a little late. Furthermore, it was a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone enjoyed the day. Good, specific dietary requirements were well taken into account. The lunch was a bit short at first though, but everything was brought in when asked for. It would have been a little nicer if there had been a little more from the start. Also, we had expected live barbecuing at dinner rather than earlier in the day (and I think reheated during dinner), but perhaps we had misunderstood this.

We had country games and camel shooting. Country games were fun. Young boy, could have been more enthusiastic. Seemed nervous, but loosened up later. For efficiency, it would be better to mark the clogs with the shoe sizes and put them in order, it saves a lot of searching and time. We had expected a bit more from the camel shooting, now it was mainly shooting at parts and then the whole camel. We felt the activity was over in no time, 30 minutes of camel shooting, while we had planned 45 minutes. The guide was enthusiastic. Service still needs some attention.

Bathtub racing: a really fun activity to do with a group. The explanations were fine. It would be even more fun if the course was maybe a bit bigger or there were more different bathtubs, so you could work a bit more like a race. Food was nice. Vegetables got cold quickly, but we all understand that. Good consideration for allergies and vegetarians. Fine! Service was friendly, but understaffed for the busy day.

The activities we chose were perfectly suited to the group of participants in question. TIP: keep the group active, don't let them wait too long for each other because then the interest ebbs away and be active and enthusiastic as a guide yourself. Also know the group's programme and respond pro-actively to wishes/questions. The food was excellent! However, extra attention could be paid to the empty dishes, replenish on time! Service was also good.

Excellent guidance on climbing activities. Excellent price-quality ratio. It was not always clear whether the service or we ourselves had to take the initiative when picking up and serving dishes.

At 2nd activity good, at 1st activity, it could be better. Better cater to an older group which was somewhat lacking with the guide. Good, could be a bit faster and a bigger jug of cold water (in hot weather), unfortunately was not delivered.

As far as I was concerned, supervision was appropriate; giving space to the group but also being clear about safety. A colleague remarked that the communication could have been more "polite" and customer-friendly at times, but I did not experience this myself. Service and food were fine: ordering drinks at the bar was fine and having chips and snacks to scoop up yourself was appreciated. Gave a form of freedom and casualness.

The activity and supervision could be a bit better structured, especially for the younger children. but the staff were friendly & flexible The speed and re-ag time could definitely be better. the staff were really laidback, I thought. i had to ask twice for almost everything.

Very good and friendly guidance at paintball. We were with 2 groups at the same time which was sometimes awkward (little strange other group wanting to take our balls, running through the field etc) but the supervisor was very alert and decisive.
Point of improvement: bit old equipment. There are quite a few scratches on the visors of the helmets, making it difficult to see at times. That was what stood out for us: the staff. It's great that you can attract such good people in this labour market. We were helped very well and quickly and staff were very friendly and helpful. That was really above expectations!

Explanation before climbing was good, during climbing there was little active guidance. Some boys (11 years old) still found it quite exciting or difficult.

Activity was very fun, safety was paramount, clear communication, good supervision, it was very hot; which meant there was a quick need for water, maybe provide jugs of water beforehand. Food was tasty and there was enough, at the 'end' we were asked if there was enough and there was. We occasionally sat with empty glasses for a while, especially at the beginning, later we noticed very little of this.

The activities were enjoyed by our group. The barbecue was fine. Enough for everyone only we had also ordered 1 vegetarian menu and that was a disappointment. This had nothing to do with the barbecue. Surely there is enough on offer to be able to manage this too!

The activity and supervision were good. The activity did start 15 minutes later than the reserved time. The instructor had to accompany a group on the high climbing course and the low climbing course. We therefore had to wait for a while. Food was fine.

It was very nice and well organised. The supervisor did come across as a bit stressed, as if the children were asking too much, but for them everything was still new. Apart from that, he was very nice! The food came quite late (40min after the agreed time) but this was probably because it was really busy.

Nice activity, had a lot of fun Very clever to have to collect drinks yourself through the buzzer. It took a long time before anyone came to the table but we could understand it because of the crowds. We would have liked some clarity on the tokens beforehand, though. For instance, a glass of wine turned out to be 1.5 coins but it was not possible to get half a coin back.

The activity itself was well organised. As our only comment, we had expected to be able to play laser tag both indoors and outdoors, but this turned out to be indoors only. The supervision was super, no comments on this. The food from the menu was okay, there was not much choice and the choice some of the group made could not be prepared by the kitchen (even though the option was on the menu). The quality of it was otherwise fine. The speed and friendliness was good.

Paintball was fun, but long moments of explanation or change of games compared to the actual time the kids were allowed to paintball, we think that's a shame! And the playing field was divided between 2 groups of kids' parties, we found half of the playing field on the small side! Great food!

We enjoyed a bbq evening. In hindsight, we probably would have preferred to have standing tables as well so that our guests could rotate more. We had not thought of this beforehand and did not discuss it. The food was very tasty; guests were very positive. Service nicely asked when food could be served and also clearly indicated in advance how many courses there would be and what would be served per course. This was experienced as very pleasant. Somewhere we thought (but did not ask beforehand) that the food would be buffet style. As a result, rotating where you sit might have been a bit more.

The Hilvertocht was fun and met expectations (e.g. distance). Perhaps additional gamification is possible (e.g. things to spot, intermediate sprints, timekeeping....) between group boats. The guidance was friendly and clear, at the turning point a rest (out of the water, a fresh drink) would also be appreciated. It was/is also not clear to us if and where we can change clothes as we did get quite wet from canoeing. Tasty lunch, on a 30+ degree summer day, hot tomato or onion soup (12 o'clock) was not ideal. Gazpacho is an alternative but then again not everyone likes that, a fresh salad would also be fine. Maybe we missed it but ice creams would certainly score well on the menu too.

We enjoyed the activities with our team. We climbed, sulked, had lunch and drinks. Nothing to comment on. Quality was good, gluten and lactose were easily dealt with and no pork wishes.

We did the bathtub race and zip lines. Both were great fun and the children enthusiastic. One downside was that the colleague who was supposed to be on the other side of the zip line was not there. The children got stuck and my father had to pull him back. Customer-friendly and tasty.

A very pleasant welcome, clear explanations at the climbing forest, despite having to instruct 2 groups of children she did this very competently and adequately. Even with less confident children, she made them feel safe. Chapeau Great food, arrived promptly at the agreed time. That buzzer works fine.

Activity was a lot of fun. Organisation could be slightly better in terms of getting a group to start at the same time. Now the difference between our 1st and last canoe was I think 20 min. Food was top, drinks had to wait quite long and we regularly missed things with our orders. So there is room for improvement in this area.

Guidance good but in laser shooting, guide should have suggested rotation. Our group (24) was too big and there were only 19 guns. The room is also too small for that. This was handled nicely afterwards. Service on terrace was top!

I really liked the activity. The supervision was moderate. I had to ask three times when the children would be picked up and where they had to go. I also found the reception at the Reuselhoeve mediocre. I had thought there would be a cosy party table ready, with the birthday child's name on it or something. But we arrived and we just had to sit somewhere where there was room.
That could be better and nicer. No special reserved spot. The food and service was okay.

It had been agreed beforehand that someone would walk with us to the canoes, now it was a bit of a search for our people. It had been agreed that the bbq would be prepared outside, but now the food was put on the table. We found that very unfortunate, as it gives a different atmosphere than walking together to the bbq and choosing something you like. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Speed was fine. Quality average.

Good, only laser gaming for the all smallest would have been more fun than paint ball. The guns are just a bit too complicated for 7-year-olds. Fine only fries standard with majo and ketchup is not convenient. That was not indicated and not everyone likes that.

The clay pigeon shooting was well explained and well supervised. The three camp could have done with a bit more explanation & animation. Friendly but you notice staff lacking experience and capacity issues. On arrival and between activities, we had to wait a long time to pass an order and then a long wait for the drinks to be brought. With such crowds, I would have the staff indicate what approximately the wait time is going to be.

it was all well organised, nice trip, some pieces of meat were a bit dry (chicken fillet and spare rib). nice that you were flexible with an extra vegetarian.

Good guidance. Nice activities. Also nice that we could choose the last game ourselves. Service was good and friendly. Communication could be clearer from the start that you can order side dishes. When it was clear we could order side dishes, there was enough. Fish was on the dry side.

The climbing course was great, many levels so that all kids could enjoy themselves. The guides could also climb with us a bit more, to help some kids a bit more. Otherwise, they were very friendly and tidy. Very friendly service, delicious and served quickly.

The bathtub race featured an enthusiastic young lady. Fun activity for young and old that anyone could join. Then climbing. The oldest were instructed first and could set their own course among the trees. The youngest had to wait a while before they got their harnesses for the mini course. But they too were able to climb and scramble enthusiastically. Maybe use two instructors at busy times? At the start, things were a bit stiff. Coffee and tea were available, but apple pie came later and in two portions, and drinks for the children were also delayed. Once you understand the system with the buzzers, it works fine. Maybe explain it a bit beforehand?

Quality of the bbq was fine, salads and such could have been a bit more. Second portion of bbq (spare ribs, salmon, drumsticks) came a bit late. Plates were already piled up when that was still coming. Fries could have been replenished a bit faster. Service was super friendly.

The bathtub racing and paintball and was a great success. Silas guided us well on both, and made sure the kids stayed engaged with fun game forms. The chips, snacks and snack board were good, and as agreed. Ordering drinks/rinks was also easy

Fun activities. But there is too much focus on time. The bathtub race started too late, children had trouble waiting. And the bathtubs both did not go equally fast. And then looking at the exact end time and starting too late was not pleasant. Leadership didn't give a super cozy feeling either. More like a chore. Laser gaming ended very quickly and there was another children's party going on without us knowing in advance. Got the feeling it's a big business model. And a juice jug should have been included in fries price. Without drinks, the can't make your kids eat. Again, easy earning model. Are we used to it from other children's party venues. Ranja should have been included. Dishes were not cleared in time despite requests because of vermin coming in.

The guidance and activity were ok. To improve, for young kids playing paintball for the first time, I would do a practice shooting round first which removes a lot of uncertainty. Or even a first practice game of shooting at a target. Fries fine, portion somewhat small for today's half of the party. Perhaps smaller starting portion and ordering unlimited side orders is an idea. Service was very nice and did a good job of entertaining.

Introduction was fine, everything was neatly arranged and everyone could have tea and coffee as soon as they arrived. During the break it was a bit messy (coffee/tea was partially finished, it was unclear whether and where soda could be ordered). Friendly service, friendly. Was well organised during the barbecue with someone regularly dropping by to collect drinks.

Staff was nice. toilet pots were not all fast and guns did not work all three equally well. Food was kei delicious.

I still have muscle ache 😉 We had ordered two rounds of coffee and tea at the 2nd round no new sugar, milk, spoons and things like that. A biscuit with the coffee would have been nice too 🙂

From what I understood from the participants, they were very enthusiastic about it. The group found the service cheerful and nice, the food tasty, but the courses between the barbecue took a bit too long. Fortunately, the children discovered the bouncy castle and were able to indulge in it.

Super arranged and very cool....we had to wait a little while with plucking for another group, so the kids were allowed to climb longer and the other activities were moved up as well....which was absolutely no problem.... Food and service is good...we were in the corner by the bar where there were also all those shelves for taking drinks, which was a bit boring and sorting and storing those piles of glassware and crockery somewhere else is much neater.

Was top, clear explanation, nothing to complain about. we barbecued and on the menu nothing to complain about, only we had to wait very long for the salmon and spare ribs. Some had already started their coffee and then eating meat again was not very nice.

Good and professional

We did paintballing. It was great fun and well supervised. However, the balls still hurt, even at 3 metres distance. So several children burst into tears. The food was delicious. Delicious croquettes. Good quality. Were easily given extra on the side. However, it took a long time on arrival before we were helped. I had actually expected a festively set table already with cups and plates. That comes across as more inviting. Now I had to ask several times: can we get plates, get drinks. Nice staff though!!!

When canoeing, the end point of the canoe trip could be properly signposted! This was not really clear and we couldn't find it anywhere. Now we just turned around at the guess. The guidance of the party could be better: Where can we sit when we arrive, no one came to tell us that the covered wagon was delayed, when we came back there was no one to take the order for the chips/snacks/drinks. See question 3. It would be nice if, for example, you could tell us before the activity starts what you are going to eat or that someone is ready when you come back from the activity to take it. Now we had to wait for a while and ended up ordering the food ourselves. Because everything now had to be ordered and made quickly, the croquettes were not really hot inside.

Had lunch with our sunflower guests. Delicious soup , plenty of sandwiches and fine service by Jeroen. All attention!

The children really enjoyed the laser game. Everything ran perfectly. A pity though that the instruction and putting on the laser guns all cut into the time. Instead of 3 quarters of an hour of laser gaming, it comes down to 25/30 minutes. Very good. Kids had chips with a snack, I had something from the menu. Nicely presented, tasty, and very friendly service.

Activities were great fun, supervision was good! At the paintball, however, the children were disappointed that they only had half a field. Bit too small... Quality of food and choice was fine. Service was very nice, but not so service-oriented. It was very difficult to order anything. Service kept flying past the ordering table/counter but did not come to help. Upon entering, it was also very unclear where to report. No explanation also on how the afternoon would go. Would someone pick you up for the activities, would we have to walk ourselves to the respective activity etc. We only started 2 activities at 16.30. Between the activities, the children's party table had already been cleared and the door to the restaurant closed. No more staff to be seen on the children's party side while we still wanted a drink and had yet to eat. Didn't feel very welcome...

The instruction was clear and not too long. Good that there was a practice course beforehand where the children could ask questions. While climbing, a child sprained himself and that child then panicked because he felt he could not get to the obstacle fast enough. The instructor was not at the climbing course at the time. I managed to calm the student down, but I would like it if there was then also an instructor nearby who could act if the child could not get out of the situation himself. It was super nice that we could use the picnic tables. They were very thoughtful and the contact with the staff was very pleasant. The apple pie was delicious!

activity was fun. "leading" the group was difficult, but this is not down to the guides, but to the group. quality for the fish menu was sparse. only kibbeling and a small piece of salmon.
otherwise it was good. 3 types of meat dishes. it was ample.
tip: serve the chips in bowls instead of on a board. this made the chips cool quickly.

We did clay pigeon shooting. That was fun only the website said you could do it with 5 at a time (we were also with 5 people), but that didn't work because one gun was broken. Now you had to keep switching. It was also noticeable that the guns did not all work equally well. That was unfortunate. The service was nice and good. We did bbq and it was all delicious and well taken care of. We liked the fact that the drinks were brought in those little boxes.

All children loved the climbing, also received good explanations and attention also for little brother who went climbing on the small course. Very friendly service. Also a big compliment to the hostess who welcomed us and coordinated everything (don't know her name, but she was wearing a white jacket), who asked me in advance when we wanted our food and it was delivered perfectly on time. We had delicious quiche with salad. Perhaps if I do have to tip maybe offer several healthy things as well, because apart from the quiche there were not really any other healthy options. But the quiche was delicious and so was the salad!

Anyway, the supervisor was fantastic, the children listened to him well. At one climbing rig, suddenly both the fuses were loose while a child was at the top. I don't understand how it could be and nothing to worry about because he climbed back down safely, but in theory something like that causes a very dangerous situation Operation could be a bit faster. Once I had walked in to re-order because there was no one outside, but I couldn't find anyone inside either. After a while, someone finally came outside. But yes, this may have been an incident. It was not busy, so few staff and understand that they also need to go to the toilet and the like sometimes. In any case, everyone was super friendly

Activities and guidance were fun. Service was quick. Lots of choice.

Activities were well organised. Bbq was very good, what did disappoint me was the dessert. At a deluxe bbq, I don't expect for 8 people. 6 puffs, 10 brownies and 4 muffins. After commenting, I was given a few puffs extra. But I find this a pity, the food was so good and then the dessert is very disappointing.

The activity was great fun; the students enjoyed themselves (also thanks to the nice weather); the guidance could be a bit better organised. We heard at the canoes that two teachers should sail in front, however, these teachers were only in the second covered wagon; The end point was not clearly marked and some pupils sailed further (partly because the teachers were later). Perhaps place a large sign at the turning point. The afternoon call was back very late. Parents were worried. The last group of the afternoon group was in the water only at 13.45. this group had to wait very long. Perhaps good to agree on a clear end signal. The children do not have phones with them and do not know what time it is. now they were swimming wonderfully but they also had to go home. Also, it would be helpful if more people were present to take the canoes out of the water. This took a very long time as most of the children did not succeed. very friendly staff

Then another colleague told us to hurry up. Even though we only got back from the hilver trip an hour and a half later than planned. But all in all it was a top day for our group. was a bit unclear where to order because there was no bar. Only a cash register. But just ask and you'll be fine.
