On our spacious farm terrace in Moergestel, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, a tasty lunch or a sumptuous drink in a relaxed atmosphere. With plenty of space available, you can gather with your family or relatives in peace and quiet. Whether you're looking for a place to relax, enjoy some good food or to socialise, our terrace offers the perfect setting.
For passers-by, we have a varied lunch and drinks menu available, which can be ordered until 3pm on weekends. The drinks menu is even available until 8pm. In addition, we offer groups of 6 people or more the opportunity to enjoy a delicious wood fire barbecue as an evening meal. A unique experience, very different from a traditional restaurant in Moergestel.

BBQ
Where can I organise a company festival or summer drinks party?
Both the Weidehoeve and ‘t Riethuys are ideal venues for a company festival or summer drinks party. This makes it easy to combine fun activities, a relaxed drinks reception and a cosy wood-fired barbecue. It is also possible, subject to agreement, to arrange for food trucks to be on site for groups of 100 people or more.
Where can I organise a barbecue for a large group in Brabant?
At the Reuselhoeve, of course! We can organise a barbecue for up to 600 people. You can choose between our standard barbecue or the Reusel barbecue. If you’re coming with a small group of 20 people, that’s fine too, of course.
If you’re coming with a small group, you’ll be allocated a table where you can sit together. For larger groups, we recommend booking a private room so you can really create your own atmosphere and, for example, play your own playlist.
Are there also options for vegetarians?
Yes! We offer an alternative option with a delicious veggie burger and a vegetarian seasonal dish. Always indicate this when booking so that we can cater for you too.
What is included in the BBQ package?
Depending on the barbecue, different cuts of meat/fish are included. Of course, we always serve unlimited side dishes such as chips, salads and various sauces, and we start the barbecue with a bread and spreads.
The wood fire barbecue does not include drinks. However, if you would like to, we also have the option of purchasing a barbecue with a drinks package. Then you can choose the combi package with a wood fire barbecue and 2 hours of hot drinks, lager, soft drinks and wine or book a 3 or 5-hour drinks package along with the wood fire barbecue.
Can I pass on any dietary requirements or allergies prior to the BBQ?
Yes, please do! That way, we can take preferences into account in advance and as little food as possible is thrown away afterwards. This is another way to waste less together and give our earth a helping hand. Want to know more about how we deal with sustainability?
How much time in advance should we make the BBQ reservation to ensure availability?
This depends a bit on the season in which you want to make a reservation. If you want to make a reservation in June or September, we advise you to enquire over a month in advance if you are really tied to a time. Often, we can still find a possibility if you book later. However, it is possible that you will then eat a little earlier or later than you first thought.
The rest of the year, you can always enquire a few weeks in advance.
What happens in bad weather? Is there a covered BBQ place or other option available?
No worries! We have both outdoor and indoor seating options. The barbecue is always prepared for you outside by a chef. So, should the weather be bad, you will be warm and cosy inside.
Of course, we have also thought of our cook. He always prepares the barbecue in our barbecue hut where he/she is protected from sun and rain. If you would like to join the chef, you are of course always welcome to come and have a look at the barbecue hut.
